Christopher Reid has been working with Polaris as a consultant since 2013. During his tenure, he led the initiative to implement and leverage the firm’s order management, accounting and compliance systems. Mr. Reid has sought to establish best operational practices both at Polaris and at Polaris’ outsourced back office service provider. He is responsible for consulting on operations and technology initiatives for the firm.

Prior to joining Polaris, Mr. Reid was a co-founder and managing director of Fintec LLC, a program and project advisory firm assisting Fortune 100 clients, as well as entrepreneurial firms, in meeting their strategic technology and operations challenges. Additionally, he has been a member of senior management teams at AIG Consumer Finance Group, Inc. and Citibank.

Mr. Reid graduated from Amherst College, and served in the U.S. Army as a 2nd and 1st Lieutenant, receiving several decorations and awards.
