Erin Gibson

Erin Gibson has been named Chief Compliance Officer, effective as of December 31, 2025, as she oversees the firm’s compliance framework and regulatory filings.  Ms. Gibson joined Polaris Capital Management, LLC in October 2017, became an LLC member in January 2024 and serves as a Client Relationship Manager, a position she will retain in addition to her CCO responsibilities. Ms. Gibson facilitates client service needs and oversees team projects and procedures in accordance with industry best practices. 

Ms. Gibson’s experience includes direct responsibility for fund governance, regulatory engagement, and control oversight through her service as Chairperson of the PCM Global Funds ICAV. Ms. Gibson has served as a Board member of the PCM Global Funds ICAV since 2022 and as Chairperson since August 2024. The PCM Global Funds ICAV is an Irish UCITS structure regulated in Dublin. In this capacity, she has worked closely with compliance, risk management, and audit functions, coordinating regulatory reporting and collaborating with key third-party service providers to support effective governance and service delivery. 

As Polaris’ CCO, Ms. Gibson is supported by the dedicated team at Boston Investor Services (“BIS”), which has provided full back office and compliance support to Polaris since its founding in 1995. With a deep understanding of Polaris operations and its compliance framework, BIS continues to perform these critical functions, while final oversight and decision-making authority will reside with Ms. Gibson.

Prior to joining the Polaris team, Ms. Gibson spent five years at Amundi U.S. (formerly Pioneer Investments) in various roles including relationship management associate and product specialist. Ms. Gibson earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Northeastern University.
