Erin Gibson

Erin (Rogers) Gibson joined Polaris Capital Management, LLC in October 2017 as a Client Service Associate. She was promoted to Senior Client Service Associate in January 2021 and became an LLC member in January 2024.  In September 2024, she was named a client relationship manager.  She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Polaris Global Value UCITS Fund, domiciled in Dublin, Ireland. Ms. Rogers has oversight for facilitating client service needs including new account onboarding, coordination of mandate changes, routine requests for information, client reporting, and oversight of team projects/procedures in accordance with industry best practices. She serves as liaison with internal support teams to ensure client portfolio servicing needs are met, reliant on high-touch client correspondence. 

Prior to joining the Polaris team, Ms. Rogers spent five years at Amundi U.S. (formerly Pioneer Investments) in various roles including relationship management associate and product specialist. Ms. Rogers earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Northeastern University.
