Horace Henderson

Horace Henderson joined Polaris in February 2017, serving as the Technology & Operations Manager for the firm. In this role, Mr. Henderson ensures that Polaris’ technology capabilities best serve the company’s business needs. He is responsible for oversight of all information technology, including application development, systems integration, technical infrastructure, information security, governance and service desk operations.
Mr. Henderson has worked in the investment management industry for nearly 30 years. Prior to joining Polaris, he served as an associate with asset management firm, AJO Partners. During his tenure at AJO, he led a six-person IT team focused on the upgrade of AJO’s accounting systems to Advent Geneva, integration of Agriya’s and AJO’s order management systems and the porting of aspects of the quantitative trade generation model to a relational database model. He assumed this position after Agryia Investors merged with AJO.
From 2008 to 2012, Mr. Henderson was a partner and Boston office director of G2 Systems, LLC, a boutique technology and operations consulting firm catering to the alternative investment industry. Earlier work history included partnerships at Numeric Investors LLC and the MacGregor Group. He received his MBA in computer information policy from Bentley University, after completing his undergraduate studies at Chaminade University.
